To be clear and blunt, after finally downloading and listening to this FREE mixtape, I'm really lookin forward to the release of his album, R.E.K.S., which is dropping in early 2011. I'm sayin, I filmed Reks about 2 years ago where he spoke about his album, Grey Hairs, which is still a sick quality album... but this right heerrre, hah, its a free mixtape thats firrree and honestly kinda got me trippin. Naw its none of that trippy phish music "trippin"or anything like that hah, but instead because this is more worthy of your money than most albums artist are sellin... with that in mind, I can't even imagine what else he got in store.
~This mixtape was more evidence that
1; Reks is a lyrical beast
and 2; Statik Selektah is a monster

And if your really feelin Reks, you can see him live at his Album Release Party! It's gonna be downstairs at the Middle East in Cambridge! But don't hold your breath just yet, the shows not until March 12th, 2011. You can save money on tickets if you purchase yours tickets by January 1st. But the good thing is that you got plenty of time to learn all his records off this ill mixtape!
