So, About Crystal Bowersox And Lee DeWyze Making It To The 'American Idol' Finale...

First of all, I called this shit about a month-and-a-half ago—not that it was hard to do during such a lackluster season. My money is on Lee DeWyze winning next week (i.e. the third year in a row a white dude with a guitar will be crowned the American Idol). That said, hopefully he does better than Kris Allen in the long run.

The real shocker was finding out that virtual unknown Travis Garland would be performing on tonight's episode. You may recall him from being a member of boy band NLT (along with Kevin McHale, who now plays wheelchair-bound Artie on Glee), who I blogged about back in 2007.
