Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi launched Congress' first YouTube channel this week, and above is the latest clip—Pelosi's "cat cam" which quickly turns into a prank, wherein the broad Rickrolls viewers with Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" vid.

This follows Rick himself rolling the States by appearing live at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in November.

Perhaps Yahoo's Buzz Log says it best: "It does show Congress has a lighter side. All we ask is that they keep their day jobs."
