Beyoncé
On the brink of Beyoncé releasing her new album in June and video for Run The World (Girls) being released next week, we thought at SCP it was a good chance to reflect on where Beyonce has come from and demonstrate, the girl can sing!
Let's wind the clock way back to where it all started. Destiny Child's first No.1 single Bills Bills Bills, off the album The Writing On The Wall is when we first knew this girl would go far! Lets take a quick look before we get into her solo success...

So back to Beyoncé's solo success. In 2002 she decided to step out on her own and release her debut album Dangerously In Love. The lead single and was No.1 on the U.S Billboard Hot 100 for eight consecutive weeks. The song's music video won three awards at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards in the categories of Best Female Video, Best R&B Video, and Best Choreography. We love the music video, however here is Beyonce belting out Crazy In Love at the Brits.
POP FACT - Beyoncé's favourite ice cream flavor is Butter pecan ice cream.
Mrs Jay-Z soon served her next album B'Day which had corker lead hit Déjà vu and Ring The Alarm, which we featured the Freemason awesome remix on our SnapCacklePop Remixed page. However a Beyoncé album wouldn't be the same without a ballad or two. Here's an acoustic version of Irreplaceable at AOL Sessions
