Our friends at Popjustice.com ( one of the best pop site in the world ) have somehow got a hold of some of the forthcoming Nicola Roberts album and rate it soo much that they have given Nicola the top 5 spots on The PJ Almighty! No, not the fifth spot ALL 5 places in the top 5!
Well PopJustice is like the pop bible to us here at SCP HQ, so if they love it, we know we will love it! We are slightly envious of them getting the paws on the tracks first however so excited to hear what PJ have summed up as
"On the basis of what we've heard it seems like Nicola's made the album she wants to make - a really smart, confident, slightly eccentric and very British-sounding pop record - and for those of us who've been waiting since 'River Deep, Mountain High' for a Nicola Roberts solo album, it feels like everything we could have wanted."
Here are the top 5 things we got from the PJ review
1) First single Beat Of My Drum sounds like Daphne & Celeste vs Major Lazer vs Girls Aloud
2) The tunes are great and her vocals - singing, rapping, speaking, screaming - are top notch. Chuck this all together and the result is something really unique and interesting.
3) There is a song that we better not watch after a come down "Do not listen to that song with a hangover or if you're on a comedown or you will cry a bit"
4) New album is called Cinderella's Eyes

We just hope that her tracks are more well received than some of the other GA offerings.
If the sound track to this clip is anything to go by, we can't wait!
