This story about Rihanna being broke is crazy! Who knows of it's true. It was e-mailed by blogger buddy Phil, and the source seems to be from Blackarazzi (which was legit enough to get picked up by MTV UK).The short version is that Def Jam thinks of her as a singles artist only since her albums don't sell, and so Rihanna's management often has to funnel cash out of her product endorsement deals (Cover Girl, Samsung, Nike, etc.) to fund her videos and promotion.
"Take A Bow" and "Disturbia" alone cost her a combined total of $750,000, and, if this is to be believed, Rihanna currently only has $20,000 in the bank.
Best be hittin' up that boyfriend of yours for a loan, dollface.
