Despite my lackluster encounter with them at Austin City Limits, MGMT really do make creative videos. Case in point being the New York band's new clip for "Kids," a single which has been around since last year. Oh, well, better late than never!Naturally the horror element appeals to D'luv's twisted senses. NME points out that the oblivious mother in the vid is singer-songwriter Joanna Newsom (who, incidentally, is also the second cousin of San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom).
