Both Lady GaGa and Beyonce have been nominated for a total of nine MTV Video Music Awards each. Wow—that means this might be the classiest VMAs show since Britney stumbled through "Gimme More" like a beached dead hooker tangled in a whale net.Speaking of which, Britney Spears has seven nominations, herself. And I love how MTV is finally acknowledging Rihanna's tranny-like status by including her in the "Best Male Video" category.
