"Soul Plane" Movie / Styles P "Good Times" (I Get High) / LOL

"Soul Plane" the movie was a solid film. It definitely had a cast full of some funny a$$ actors... here's a funny video clip of Snoop Dogg starting the plane to "I get High" by Styles P.

Styles P "Good Times" (I Get High) was and is one of my favorite records from Syles~

Cool photograph... movie time~

Another one of my favorite pieces of work from a new photographer that I'm a fan of, this is a great shot and pretty creative as well~

Congratulations to Mumma Mariah, who finally gave birthday on her 3rd Wedding Anniversary! Aaaahhh.

(Videos) Seth Meyers screws with President Obama - Donald Trump looks pissed "Birth Certificate Controversy" Lion King / White House Dinner 2011

Seth Meyers screws with President Obama... and Obama laughs! When President Obama screws with Donald Trump... Trump looks pissed lol I love it. This was during the 2011 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner. Now I know Seth Meyers from "Saturday Night Live" (SNL). Yea he's a funny comedian... why is he at the white house? I never thought about that simple question until today. So I looked it up and according to the organizations website, The purpose of the annual dinner is “to raise money for WHCA scholarships and honor the professional recipients of the WHCA's journalism awards."

Obama Jokes About Birth Certificate Controversy... LOL mad funny! the LION KING HAHHAH President Obama is mad funny... "Um I want to make clear to the Fox News table, that was a joke. That was not my real birth video. That was a children's cartoon." Too funny LMAO!

Seth Meyers is clearly a professional lol...

Matt Damon what you got on Obama now lol

Michele Bachmann is also on President Obamas hit list... Canada, ah?

Doctor P "Watch Out" *NEW / DUBSTEP

Doctor P "Watch Out" is another new Dubstep record that I'm coming across that's pretty tight. I had mixed feelings about this at first but I don't know... it just had me rocking to it in a matter of seconds. If this is your cup of tea, definitely give it a listen~

Roksonix "2 Bad" *NEW/ Dubstep

Roksonix "2 Bad" is tight new dubstep track that I'm just coming across and I don't know. I think its that hint of reggae that they threw in there from the beginning. This is that dubstep that has your speakers banging! Yea this is sick~

Britney Spears rehearsing for upcoming Femme Fatale tour

Here is some footage of Britney Spears rehearsing for her upcoming tour. She was rehearsing to Femme Fatale track "How I Roll".

(Sigh) I thought that Britney did a fantastic job, but my question is why isn't she putting this energy into her TV performances? I just don't get it, but I'am hoping that this means that she's getting her dancing back if not this tour is doing to be a mess.

Check it out.

Sam Cooke "A Change is Gonna Come" / Throwback Post

Sam Cooke "A Change is Gonna Come" is a throwback post taking it to 1963 when black Americans only dreamed of having a black president like we do today with President Obama. This is truly an emotional and soulful song about struggle, the black mans struggle in this white mans world, as Pac would say it. This video shows the struggle of black Americans from the early days up to the present over Sam Cooke's amazing vocals~

Lyrics

I was born by the river in a little tent
Oh and just like the river I've been running ever since
It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gonna come, oh yes it will

It's been too hard living but I'm afraid to die
Cause I don't know what's up there beyond the sky
It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gonna come, oh yes it will

I go to the movie and I go downtown somebody keep telling me don't hang around
It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gonna come, oh yes it will

Then I go to my brother
And I say brother help me please
But he winds up knockin' me
Back down on my knees

Ohhhhhhhhh.....

There been times that I thought I couldn't last for long
But now I think I'm able to carry on
It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gonna come, oh yes it will

2011 117'th Penn Relays / Some results, records, photos, videos and more~

2011 117th Penn State Relays... were just on TV and it was nice to catch up on my track and field! I remember running there while competing for Bates College. The crowd is probably the most amazing aspect of it all... yea even better than the talent that was there. I've never been around so many track fans in my life. The place is packed and absolutely on blast once any race begins. Just an intense rush that feels amazing... I miss that feeling to be honest!

Usain Bolt during the 2010 Penn Relays...record setting performance, listen to the place!

This years races are as competitive and intense as ever before, and despite Usain Bolt not being there, the place was still packed... especially with my fellow Jamaicans. And for good reason. It's basically (like always) a showdown between Jamaica and the United States. But here are some High School, College and Professional times from this years event Penn Relays~

 College Womens 4x100 Championship Video

RACE OF THE DAY WAS PROBABLY THE WOMEN'S 4x400 Relay... Sanya Richards did her thang, holding onto first. Definitely an exciting match up with Jamaica and USA Blue in the mix. And honestly, all of the women on our 4x400 team are beautiful. I saw an interview with them after the race, breathing heavily and sweaty, but not to the point where they looked bad... but instead all sexy and like they... yeaaaa, I think you get my point. Beautiful black women, I love y'all o so much hah~

But boy this really does bring me back to my last 200 meters during the 4x400 men's college relays. It's during those 50 seconds that your standing on the line waiting for your teammate to hit "that mark" and during your last 200 meters that the crowd is watching you... well unless your not doing well, than they are watching you for all the wrong reasons :(  But I was lucky to be in a mediocre position, allowing me to pass one or two opponents while going around that final bend. I can't remember what exactly the crowd does, its either some kind of whistle or sound that everyone yells whenever you pass (or get passed) someone. And surely enough during my race on that final bend of the 200 going into the 100, I passed an opponent and experienced what would probably be annoying if I were on a bus or walking down the street, the most amazing sound ever hah. Yea I miss the Penn Relays. Even if I never compete in a track meet again, I need to experience this again!
